These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using Winner Online Casino and Winner mobile casino services. 3. Player Warranties

• deposited funds are not derived from illegal activity;

• the player will not reverse, charge back or deny valid payments;

If any of these warranties are false, the casino may suspend the account, cancel bonuses, withhold withdrawals or close the account.

4. Registration, User ID and Password

5. Deposits

The payment method must belong to the registered account holder. If a credit or debit card is used, the cardholder name must match the casino account name. If the names do not match, the account may be suspended until verification is completed.

6. Withdrawals

If lifetime deposits are not greater than €200, withdrawal may be limited to 10x the last deposit, with excess funds forfeited where the clause applies.

7. Bonus Terms

Winner Online Casino may offer bonuses, free spins, welcome packages, reload offers, no-deposit bonuses, sports bonuses or other promotions. Each promotion may have separate rules, and those rules apply together with these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise, casino bonuses may carry a 50x playthrough requirement on the bonus value. No-deposit bonuses may carry a 100x playthrough requirement unless stated otherwise. Bonus credits not played within 30 days of being awarded may expire and be removed.

The player may withdraw bonus-related funds only after the bonus balance has been transferred to the cash balance by meeting the required playthrough, or after the bonus has been fully spent.

8. Welcome Package

Winner Online Casino may offer a multi-deposit welcome package for eligible new players. A package can include first, second, third, fourth and fifth deposit bonuses. Each deposit bonus may require a bonus code, minimum deposit and playthrough.

Second to fifth deposit bonuses may need to be claimed within a fixed period after the first deposit, such as 7 days. If the player makes a withdrawal before a welcome bonus is credited, the bonus may be voided.

All welcome package bonuses may require at least 50x playthrough before transfer to cash balance. If a dispute arises, casino management may make the final decision according to the promotion terms.

9. Irregular Play and Bonus Abuse

Winner Online Casino may review gameplay to detect irregular play. Irregular play can include:

• placing one bet equal to or above 30% of the bonus value before wagering is complete;

• using gamble or double features to bypass maximum bet rules;

• placing high-value bets to build balance and then lowering stake size sharply;

• placing contradictory bets on roulette, baccarat, Sic Bo or craps;

• using low-contribution games for high-value bets, then switching to slots with lower stakes;

• using shared computers or environments to create account abuse risk.

If irregular play is detected, the casino may withhold withdrawals, remove winnings, cancel bonuses, suspend the account or permanently block the player from promotions.

10. Money Laundering and Prohibited Use

Winner Online Casino must prevent money laundering, fraud and unlawful activity. The player must not deposit or wager money derived from illegal activity. The casino may monitor transactions and report suspicious activity to authorities where required.

For substantial or exceptional withdrawals, the casino may require notarised copies of at least two documents, such as a recent bank statement, driving licence or passport.

The player must not use bots, artificial intelligence software, automated systems, security circumvention tools or any method designed to interfere with the casino’s systems. If such activity is detected, the account may be blocked and funds may be seized where allowed by the Terms.

11. Dormant Accounts

An account inactive for 12 consecutive months may be treated as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of €5 or the equivalent in another currency.

If reasonable attempts to contact the player fail and the account remains inactive for 30 months, the account may be treated as abandoned and the remaining balance may be handled according to the casino’s dormant account policy.

Funds held in a player account do not earn interest.

12. Promotions and Publicity

Winner Online Casino may run promotions, tournaments and competitions. Each promotion may have specific terms. If promotional terms conflict with the general Terms, the promotion-specific rules apply only to the extent of the conflict.

13. Intellectual Property

14. Technical Errors and Warranty

15. Limitation of Liability

16. Account Termination
